What is the return policy?
We DO offer a return policy, but it's not a simple one. Since our products are custom-made, we have to tailor each one to specific needs of the customer.
100% of the time we'll offer a FREE reprint if you're not happy with the final car. 3D Prints CAN go wrong, it happens, and it's part of the process, so we have systems in place.
RARELY anything bad happens, 99% of our customers love their final car!
Sometimes, the courier might damage the final car. This RARELY happens, but we're always here to help out!
If you don't like the reprint, we can discuss terms of arranging a return, or whatever is necessary.
Anything goes wrong, contact us on live chat. We usually reply within the same hour.
TL;DR: We offer free reprints if you're not happy with your custom model or if it gets damaged in delivery. If the reprint still isn’t right, we’ll work with you on a return or alternative solution.
How long does shipping take?
(ALL SHIPPING IS TRACKED) Each car can vary, but the rule of thumb is:
FULL COLOUR production: 7-14 days. Sometimes Longer.
STEEL PRODUCTION: 5-7 days
Once PRODUCED, it ships out:-
FREE standard shipping: 6-10 days.
RUSHED shipping: 2-5 days, depending on country.
How does it work?
We cannot reveal much about our production process, but we can break it down very vaguely.
Design Phase
This is preparing the car for the design, 3D modelling, texturing, preparing etc.
Audit Phase
This is for making sure the print will turn out fine, and not break during printing.
Printing Phase
3D printed, coloured straight from the printer, no handpainting involved. Sanding, oiling cleaning, all that is necessary to turn out beautiful.
Then shipped.
